What personal information does TekMS collect from me?

TekMS collects personal information upon application/data submission. During the data submission process, we may typically ask for your name and e-mail address as CRITICAL means of contacting you or we may use the information contained in your ONLINE application submission.

YOUR INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL NOT, WE REPEAT, WILL NOT BE SOLD, RENTED OR DISTRIBUTED TO THIRD PARTIES OR SHARED TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE OF TECHNOLOGY MANAGED SOLUTIONS.

Disclosure of Your Information.

However, if during the background verification process, we need to acknowledge data you've given us to previous employers and references, we will do so upon clear verification of those parties.

Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, UserID , if applicablel with the presence of a subpoena. Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep safe your data, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to: prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity
